Let's watch a real booking, start to finish — renter's side first. They open your link, pick a car, choose pickup and drop-off dates. Notice the deposit line: "held, not charged." They save their card, and the hold goes on about two days before pickup — money reserved, never taken, and it runs through YOUR processor.
Name, email, "Book now" — done on their end.
Your side: the booking lands in your Bookings tab as Pending, and you get an email instantly. Here's the reference, the dates, payment status, booking status.
Click into it. One button does the work: "Approve and charge rental fee." That charges the card they saved and confirms the booking.
Charges panel: daily rate, taxes, the deposit hold. And down here — the rental agreement. The renter got a signing link with their confirmation. They check a box, type their name, takes them under a minute.
Once they sign, you've got the full record: who signed, when, from what device — even a fingerprint proving the terms never changed. That's your protection if anything goes sideways.
Hand over the keys, mark it active, mark it completed when it's back. That's the whole loop — no middleman, and every dollar of it is yours.
